Preparing for the entrance exam into the 

Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership and Change

 Brigitte holds two degrees: 

MBA in Accounting and Finance     

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems

Brigitte also teaches Accounting classes at Front Range Community College and was accepted into the 2017 MetroNorth Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.

Experience

Her 20+ year career in accounting and finance roles, primarily with technology companies, includes managing budgets for domestic and international companies, implementing innovative technological solutions, identifying effective and efficient solutions to process, policies, and procedures.   

Brigitte’s extensive experience and undeniable commitment to her role as Adams County Treasurer has resulted in an unprecedented positive government experience for Adams County citizens.  She demands a high performing culture and is dedicated to providing a new government experience in three essential ways that include: Accountability, Innovative Technology, and Service without Boundaries.

Brigitte donates her time to small businesses in the community to help set up and monitor their accounting process and procedures.

Excerpt – Grimm’s mission was always to make the Adams County Treasurer’s office more “efficient, effective, accountable and transparent.” She is a woman of her word; within her first term, she “reduced operating expenditures by over $250,000 annually, resulting in a savings of $1 million every four years for Adams County residents.”
